Attorney, author of publications, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She specializes in capital markets law, civil law, and commercial law. An expert in complex legal issues that require diligence and an intricate legal argumentation.
She has over a decade of experience in providing legal services to both individual and corporate clients. Throughout her career, she has advised public companies, financial institutions, including investment fund companies, banks, brokerage houses, payment institutions, and individual entrepreneurs. She also assists private individuals.
Attorney Zofia Wojciechowska has gained experience as an in-house lawyer for companies, as well as a compliance specialist and supervisory inspector at an investment fund company. She has participated in numerous administrative proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
